To be eligible for a refund, return or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving your order at email@example.com. Upon the receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Tasteful People is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Tasteful People will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We typically only replace items if they are defective or damaged, but we know stuff happens. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you out.
To return your product, you should contact email@example.com for the details regarding this process. Please note - the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return items. Priority shipping costs and tips are non-refundable.
ALERT: It's been brought to our attention that some of our shipping partners were completely overwhelmed in the past months due to the global situation. Due to this, some orders are taking 60 days to arrive. If your order has been affected by this, please email us so we can make things right immediately.
