Refunds & Returns


We support refunds or exchanges within 30 days.

If you need to return a product, please ensure that it has not been used, all parts are included and in the same condition as when you received it, and can be resold. To meet the requirements for a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return the product to the manufacturer. All returns should be shipped to our address




In certain cases, only 20% of refunds are granted for any damages or missing parts not caused by us.

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted, including:

Any item returned after 30 days of shipment

Any item lost in transit due to the use of shipping services without tracking numbers by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days and the refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment


Delayed or lost refunds:


If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your PayPal or bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
